Real Estate and Business Law

I have been an attorney since 1981, starting my own solo law practice in 1999.  I am actively involved in my community, having helped an ad-hoc neighborhood group to appeal  a building permit of a multi-unit, mixed-use condominium in Wedgwood. I speak at seminars on real estate and business law issues and was formerly a Co-Chair for the Real Property and Probate Section of the King County Bar Association.
